I went to see this group last night at a local Bluegrass Theater. They were incredible! Here in this song my tribeswomen tell the story of our people and their exploitation by Yankee Capitalism and the way the Yankees have pillaged the Appalachian Mountains and exploited the bodies of our people and cast them aside like a used coke can after they were finished profiting from our lands and our broken bodies.
When discussing the issue of slavery with a modern American, the first issue that should be dealt with is the issue of human property. How can being a slave master be wrong but being a parent ok? Both involve owning another human being as property. Or do we take the Communist position and say children belong to the State? You think it’s crazy that people today still think slavery is ok? Hey..I think it’s crazy people still think Communism is ok. The death toll of slavery doesn’t even come close to the Communist massacres.
Immediately, the ignorant know nothing modern liberal or libertarian is going to virtue signal and demand,
“they aren’t property at all; why do children have to be someone’s property?!”
So who has dominion over them, the parents or the state? Or do you maintain that children are sovereigns with rights to drive, to own a gun or to vote?
Well no, the Parents have authority over the children of course.
Well, you know-nothing mental disease; you human tumor; you toad eating fawner, the word property means dominion or authority over something else.
So let’s start over,
How can being a slave master be wrong but being a parent ok?
Wait………….where are you going?
First, slavery is not Capitalist. Quite a bit of America’s success is due to slavery.
Second, the Civil War was not Capitalist. The North was being out competed by the Southern Plantations (Fogel, Time on the Cross) and so it had a butt hurt childish tantrum, overturned the playing table, imported millions of Irish peasants to invade , rape, pillage and murder their competition. They didn’t give a damn about black people and we know it. And this also showed they don’t believe in private property(Slaves Were Private Property). And they don’t believe in subjective value. They believe that slavery is objectively invaluable.
Third, after the Civil War America wasn’t Capitalist either. Instead of earning its keep by work and the sweat of its brow, it stole money from the Southern States through pensions. (Prof. Prescott Webb, Divided We Stand).
Fourth, during Reconstruction America again forbid a free market and competition by using patent laws to keep Southerners from building their own factories. (Ibid.)
Fifth, the military Industrial Complex which has kept America’s dollar solvent for decades in the middle East, was created by Government Forced Taxation.
Sixth, the G.I. Bill.
At 1:17 to 1:43 we see a Muslim man admitting the true intention of his immigration to Britain, to take it over for his people. Notice he didn’t say, it’s our country TOO. No, he said it’s our country, and defies the British woman saying that she is jealous that the Muslims are taking over. There is no neutrality in this world. You are either for or against.
